As we enter into an era of globalisation, it becomes necessary
for the managers of tomorrow to understand the various facets
of management. To be a successful manager or an entrepreneur,
one needs to posses leadership qualities apart from being technologically
superior and ethically strong.
In this light it becomes imperative to re-design our education
system. Education should bring about an all round positive change
in an individual’s persona. Institutions should provide
an atmosphere of comprehensive learning.
